Project overview
This Eastbluff townhome had a single and a double garage door, both original and both noisy. The HOA had approved a new standard style for the community, and the owners were among the first to upgrade.
We installed white insulated steel doors with a flush design and a row of window lites in the HOA-approved style, along with new hardware throughout.
Client requirements
The doors had to match the HOA's approved specifications exactly, and the HOA needed paperwork before installation.
- Exact HOA-approved style and color
- Paperwork for the HOA board
- Quieter doors for the attached home
- Both doors done on one day
Our solutions
We provided spec sheets and a quote to the HOA, then installed both doors as soon as they were approved.
1. HOA match:
Exact model, color and window pattern from the HOA standard.
2. Insulated steel:
Two-layer insulated doors that cut street noise.
3. Quiet hardware:
Nylon rollers and new springs on both doors.
4. Documentation:
Spec sheets and a completion letter for HOA records.
Result & client feedback
The HOA approved the doors at the first review, and several neighbors booked the same upgrade afterward. Interested in something similar? Read about our garage door installation service.
